The captain is a fantastic T20 player with both bat and ball. When batting, he keeps the runs down while also being a wicket-taking threat, and he is not afraid to take the attack to the opposition.

Hasan Mahmud

The 23-year-old right-arm fast medium bowler, was Bangladesh’s pick on Thursday. In the final overs, he dismissed Jos Buttler and Sam Curran.

Adil Rashid

The 35-year-old was introduced into the attack during the powerplay and took a wicket in the first game. When Buttler requires a breakthrough, he looks to him.
